Carpenter is
a Technical Writer with an extensive industrial
background in the Pulp and Paper, Chemical
and Utility industries, including 12 years
as an Instrumentation Specialist with PGE.
Interests include; travel, sailing and the
outdoors. |

| Shoshana
Timm came
to PII in 1994 with a background in Automotive
Technology and Chemistry. The first project
for her was to complete several of PII's Fundamental
Training Modules, of which there are now over
35. She then worked on several projects from
writing Maintenance Procedures to Boiler Simulator
Training Manuals. In 1997, PII began producing
on-line training documents, and Shoshana became
part of our Multimedia Development Team. Over
the last 3 years, she has worked in the capacity
of Technical Writer, writing System Modules
for our Pulp and Paper clients. |

Chris
Junker is
the Northwest Regional Manager for PII based
out of our home office in Vancouver, Washington.
Chris has over 22 years of Pulp and Paper experience
ranging from hands-on operations in Pulp and
Paper Mills to developing performance-based training
systems and resources for a variety of industrial
clients. Chris’s main focus is to keep
our Writers on task with plenty of work and our
Clients happy with quality service at an affordable
cost. Chris lives in Sandy, Oregon and enjoys
spending time with his family, outdoor activities,
coaching youth sports and traveling. |

Chuck
Leber is
Vice President and one of the founding Principals
of PII, Inc. He has been working with operations
and maintenance personnel since 1989 to develop
performance-based training systems and resources
for a variety of industrial clients, including
pulp & paper mills, power plants, chemical
processing facilities and refineries. He has
a mechanical engineering degree, and worked for
15 years in OEM design, project management, and
as a utilities department production supervisor
before using all of those experiences as an industrial
training consultant. Providing plant personnel
with sound technical fundamentals, and quality
resources for their production systems are Chuck’s
primary concerns. He and his wife Linda live
in Beaverton, Oregon with two cats, a bag of
dusty golf clubs, and not as much free time as
they would like even though both kids have left
for school. |

| Rick
Lussier is
Senior Technical Illustrator with 29 years as
a graphic artist. He has continued to upgrade
his knowledge and skill as an artist to keep
pace with the changing technology. He has worked
as an illustrator in the pulp and paper industry
since 1995 and as a subcontractor with PII since
1997 before joining the team in Vancouver in
November 2000. Interests include; painting, woodworking,
camping and travel. |

| Laverne
Voysey is
the Office Administrator for our Canadian Offices.
Before joining PII, she was a Document Control
Assistant for the Nexgen project at Macmillan
Bloedel. She has several years of experience
in office administration and customer service.
Interests include hiking, sewing, skiing and
camping. |

| Debra
Walker is
the Office Manager with a background consisting
of 27 years in the banking industry; the last
15 years in the International Banking Department
business. She has held Management and Supervisory
positions throughout those 27 years. Debra
has a wonderful family, and enjoy camping and
RV'ing together." |

| Perry
Witte is
a Technical Writer and part of the Canadian
team. Perry has 20 years experience in the
Pulp and Paper, Plywood, and Sawmill Industry.
During that time he owned and operated a small
contracting company that was sub-contracted
out to Macmillan Bloedel. Perry also spent
time as a life skills coordinator for Human
Resources, teaching young adults employability
skills. His interests include hockey, softball,
skiing, and spending time with family and friends. |

| Bob
Young is
our President. Bob has extensive experience
in the operation, maintenance, and management
of Power Plants. He has management and operations
experence in the Oil and Gas industry. He has
also conducted performance related projects
as a consultant to the Pulp and Paper industry.
Bob has been involved directly or indirectly
with training and other performance interests
in an industrial environment for over 20 years. |
